Always thinking about improving CUP

its Saturday, it’s 65 degrees and I’m sunbathing on my balcony. These are the good times in life. Yet, in full relax mode I am still thinking about my business. I’m thinking of ways to innovate, to improve employee satisfaction and ways of giving back to our loyal clients who make this company what it is today. There is never a time I’m not thinking about some aspect of Chicago Urban Pets, it’s sitters, it’s pets, it’s human clients. Yet sometimes it feels like there aren’t enough hours in a day to get all my ideas in motion!

So so what has been going on recently? In terms on our regularly scheduled clients there was alittle of a decline this month. It seems like many are taking time off pre- summer, however we have had a surge in cat sitting requests which is always fun! We’ve had a few new clients both dogs and cats and all in the loop & river north. Streeterville is still our busiest area, specially for dog walking.

We we had a few sitters leave. Roland and Elisha left last week for various reasons and in May both Daniel and Michelle will be leaving. It will be sad to see them go but I understand that this is a temporary job for most people and appreciate the time they put into this job.
This means we are actively searching for new great individuals to join our team, so if you know someone give us a holler!
