On Saturday we had a company get-together. This is when everyone on the team is invited for food & drinks and which ends with a few group photos!
We try to get together 2-3 times a year. Usually early Summer and late Fall. This year we met at my apartment in Marina City as the weather suggested it would rain. When the weather is nice we will often meet at Olive Park and sometimes bring some dogs with us as well! That’s always a blast.
It was so much fun to almost have everyone with us. We were missing Mollie & Ariel but otherwise the crew was complete! Many have been with CUP for over a year now and have attended several get- togethers. Many are from Columbia College and have tons in common (besides the love for animals).
We had Donuts and Munskins with Ice tea and everyone finally received Chicago Urban Pets caps so keep a look out for us!!! Yay!
Anyways, we had a lot of fun and it was good timing as a few will be gone over the summer.
