  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

3 Ingredient Cat Treat Recipe:

Grey cat with yellow eyes tilts its head and sniffs a treat being held out to it.

This cat treat recipe only calls for three ingredients!

You’ll need:

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 cups
  • whole wheat flour
  • 10 oz canned salmon (undrained)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and pulse 10 oz canned salmon (undrained) in a food processor as fine as possible.
  2. Combine the processed salmon, egg (beaten), and 2 cups of whole wheat flour in a stand mixer until dough forms. The dough should be tacky but not sticky. If the dough is too dry, add ⅓ cup of water. If the dough is too wet or sticky, add a little bit more flour.
  3. Roll out dough on a floured surface to ¼ inch thickness. Then, use a ¾ inch cookie cutter in the shape of your choice to cut out your treats (we recommend using small goldfish-shaped cookie cutters for maximum cuteness!).
  4. Place treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until they’re slightly browned and crunchy.
  5. Let the treats completely cool before serving.

Treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks! Recipe Credit.
